Toddler Girl Fruit Bear Polka Dots Print Underwear Briefs
Toddler Girl Fruit Bear Polka Dots Print Underwear Briefs Review
Selma Bock: I had to have this set as my Mom has it and it works great for veggies. I will use it alot
Serena Reed: Very good set of basic tools for the kitchen. I have used this to cook rice with excellent results. I haven't used it to cook pasta, but I am confident that it would be easy. The set includes everything you need to make several easy dishes in the microwave. It is also dishwasher safe!
S. Hayes: Whether you are a homemaker or a college student, this will change the way you do things and make dinner a lot easier to prepare. It is fool-proof for making rice, but I use it for steaming and blanching vegetables a lot, too. You can also make any sorts of microwavable rice meals, too. I always cook up the meat and throw it in with a box of dirty rice mix, the correct amount of water, and viola! I sometimes put a paper towel over the top if something has a lot of water so it doesn't steam or boil over, but other than that, there are no tips or tricks necessary, it works great! I buy it for all my cousins as they move out on their own or buy homes, etc. Everyone tells me later they weren't sure they'd use it at first, but loved it as soon as they did. I am actually on my second one, we used it so much. The measuring cups and other accessories are still very much used here, too. The spoons are standard and only go down to 1/4 tsp., if that helps anyone to know. In our house we can never have too many measuring tools.Using the microwave saves a lot of time and energy, and I highly recommend this product.
Sheila Michaels: The instructions are no help, so it has been trial & error.I have not yet tried cooking rice, I hope it will go better than pasta. The instructions say to cover with water & cook as directed on pasta package. Well, it didn't even heat up in eight minutes. I tried again & again & wound up with farfalle which was still too hard.Next time, I tried boiling the water in the microwave, which took more than fifteen minutes in this cooker. Then I cooked the spaghetti eight minutes & it had not begun to cook. So I stirred & put it back four more minutes. Still far from al dente. But the water had boiled over into the microwave.Another four minutes & it was a little too hard, but I did not want to risk overcooking. Also, about a third of the spaghetti slipped through the basket & stuck to the bottom of the cooker.I would not recommend this unless you're willing to put in a lot of time searching for the formula. Takes more time than just boiling pasta on the stove. It does look like a good container for taking to pot-lucks.
Sheri LC "Very Visual": This is very convenient. I make rice while I am doing other things in the kitchen. The rice is very moist and fluffy. The vegetables turn out great. I haven't use the pasta maker yet.
