Jazzball (Massachusetts) "Jazzball": I did a lot of research before choosing this Bundt pan, because as a foodie, I'm demanding of my equipment. This pan is lightweight but extremely functional, and it has lived up to its reputation for producing high-quality results. No need to spend more. As with all Bundt pans, this one requires careful greasing and cleaning, but the results are well worth it.
J. Brown: This is a large bundt pan. It bakes cakes to a golden brown. I love it.
J. Evans: Just like the tube pan I ordered, this is just as nice! Non stick, though Baker's Pam is suggested. Browns evenly, and cakes, etc. come out like a professional!
Joseph A. Nowak "Prophotoman": This replaces a Nordic Ware bundt pan that I bought over 25 years ago. My old pan developed amnesia and walked out of the house!! This is the best bundt pan in the world! It IS non stick if you pour a spoonful of canola oil in, then spread it around using a paper towel. Then lightly flour the inside before pouring the batter into the pan. Not once have I ever had a problem releasing the cake. ALSO!! Ya gots to wait for it to cool the appropriate amount of time BE-4 YA turn the pan over... otherwise your cake pan will develop a schizophrenic personality and lose touch with reality! It will BREAK your cake into two or more parts if ya don't cool it properly first!Good Baking to YOU!Joseph NowakNikonian Gold Member[...].
Josie Cabot "Josie": After looking at cheaper bundt pans, I opted for this one. It is a nice heavy weight, is well made and as one who does't bake much, I have to say that the cakes I've made in it have turned out perfectly. Just remember to lightly flour it before adding ingredients and let it cool 5-10 minutes after removing from the oven and it will slide out easily if you put a plate over it, then invert.
