F. T "Shop lover": This is the best patchment paper ever. It works perfectly and you can use it the times you need. I love it for baking cookies,
Gary Bastoky "bastokyg": I've been using this piece of parchment "paper" for months now and it still works fine. It's not really paper, it's a a silicone-coated nonstick liner that is washable and, of course, reusable. It holds up to 500 degree heat on my pizza stone and I use it even on a non-stick cookie sheet because it works so well. I'm totally impressed with this!
Helen Feddema "Access Archon": This is a single sheet of fabric, supposedly reusable many times. On the first use, it did a fairly good job of prevent sticking, but some grease bled through to the pan. With each use, the cookies stuck more, and more grease soaked through, so that I had to pry the cookies off with a spatula, and wash both the parchment and the pan. I tossed it after the 4th use.
H. Harvey: I have replaced it after a few years, but they go through a lot of use! We use it for my husbands homemade breads and all different cookies I come up with!
Jean S G "JSG": I like the Kitchen Supply Parchment Paper. Nothing sticks on them, they clean up easily, can be cut and placed in many different shaped baking vessels, and they can be rolled up to store. The price is very reasonable.
