2 Piece Baby Toddler Boy Graffiti Print Shirt And Casual Shorts Set Review
T.C.: I barely consider myself an amateur in the world of baking, just recently getting into pie crusts and foraying into breads, but I had a marble pin, which while beautiful, drove me mad! I will freely admit that it's probably user problems, but using this Vic Firth makes me feel like a professional. Smooth crusts... no problems with the dough sticking to the pin (unless I go mad with the liquid), and so easy to clean and maintain. Definitely a good buy!
Thomas Westbury "mozart": It's the perfect size, light weight, not too big around so it rolls out very well. I just used it to make homemade pasta and it was an excellent tool. Pie crust will work equally well. This is the only kind of roller to use, all others are inferior. I've been baking and using roller pins for 30 years.
Trubrit: Excellent rolling pin.Super smooth wood. Very easy to roll out the dough. In my opinion its much better than than the traditional rolling pin.
Vicki of CA: Excellent tool for my ever expanding kitchen. I have always had difficulty using traditional rolling pins to get my dough evenly rolled out, but find this style easier to work with.
V. Welton: Doesn't work as I had hoped, but I think someone needs to show me. I'm used to a larger, more substantial product and haven't developed the technique, so it sits in the cupboard. The wood and quality seems to be high, so if this is the right style for you, I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
